2) Included Deliverables

- Specific integrations (forms, analytics, tracking)
3) Explicit Exclusions
- Content writing
- Logo/brand design
- Hosting, domains, or third-party software fees
4) Assumptions
- Client provides access/credentials on time
- Feedback turnaround expectations
- Number of revision rounds
5) Change Control
- Anything outside included deliverables is a change request
- Changes require written approval with updated timeline and pricing

A proposal sells the outcome. A SOW defines the boundary. Use both together for clarity.
